(“ParkView,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and the Privacy Policy. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users aged thirteen (13) and older. Children under the age of 13 are strictly prohibited from using the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

ParkView provides real-time video streaming, automated usage analytics, and informational content related to public parks, recreational areas, and partner-operated facilities. Services may include live video streams, activity indicators, people-count estimates, aggregated analytics accessible through partner portals, public facility information, community or user-submitted content where enabled, sponsor or partner content, and advertising delivered in accordance with user preferences and applicable law.
5. User Accounts and Conduct
5.1 Account Creation
You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You agree to provide accurate and current information and keep it updated.
5.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify ParkView immediately of unauthorized use.
5.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to bypass access controls; attempt to access analytics or portal data beyond your authorization; upload unlawful or infringing content; use automated systems without authorization; reverse engineer or tamper with the Services; impersonate others; or use the Services for harassment, stalking, surveillance, or illegal purposes. ParkView may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, video feeds, software, analytics, trademarks, and materials are owned by or licensed to ParkView Cam Inc. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes, or for authorized governmental or partner use as applicable.
7. Video Streams and Automated Analytics
ParkView primarily provides live video streams. Certain automated analytics features, including people-count estimates and aggregated usage metrics, may be applied to live streams for operational, planning, and informational purposes. These features are designed to generate aggregate information only and do not identify individuals or enable personal tracking.
8. Children’s Privacy
The Services are not intended for children under the age of 13. ParkView does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians may contact privacy@joinparkview.com regarding a child’s information.
9. User-Generated Content
Where enabled, users may submit content. You retain ownership of your content but grant ParkView a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it solely in connection with operating the Services. You are responsible for submitted content.

11. Advertising and Tracking
The Services may include advertising delivered by third-party partners. Advertising may be contextual or non-personalized depending on user preferences, device settings, consent choices, and applicable law. Support for Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals is being implemented where supported. Details regarding data use and choices are provided in the Privacy Policy.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
Links to third-party services are provided for convenience. ParkView is not responsible for third-party content or practices.
13. Termination
ParkView may suspend or terminate access to the Services for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or misuse of the Services.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ParkView Cam Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ParkView Cam Inc. from claims arising out of your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
16. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.
17. International Users
The Services are operated from the United States. By using the Services, you consent to the processing of information in the United States.
18. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and ParkView Cam Inc.
